The Body Barn is a unique facility that allows us to offer 1-to-1 and group sessions in all aspects of Fitness.
We have a Concept 2 Model E Rower, Star Trac Spin Bike, 200kg of free weights including Olympic Bars, Squat & Bench Press Racks, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Punch Bag, Resistance Bands plus plenty of outdoor space.
We have over 35 years experience in Personal Training between us and our emphasis is on the quality of Coaching that we offer which allows us to tailor the training for everyone.
During your stay you can book half hour or hour sessions with either of us. Whether your aim is fat burning, weight loss, strength building or you just want to try something new we have got you covered!
Simon is an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and Tutor. He has worked for a number of professional and semi-professional teams. He provides physical preparation training and support in order to maximise sports performance. This consists of strength, speed and power training combined with recovery support to create a periodised programme which is essential for athletes to perform to their potential.
A full weekend program of individually tailored training, massage, nutrition & education. Sessions taking place outdoors and in our unique Gym, The Body Barn, incorporating diet & education. Recharge your batteries each day in a luxury glamping tent where you can take a hot shower, relax & unwind.
