The Body Barn is a unique facility that allows us to offer sessions in all aspects of Fitness.

We have a Concept 2 Model E Rower, Star Trac Spin Bike, 200kg of free weights including Olympic Bars, Squat & Bench Press Racks, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Punch Bag, Resistance Bands plus plenty of outdoor space.


This is only available for use for private 1-2-1 sessions

We have over 35 years experience in Personal Training & Nutrition between us and our emphasis is on the quality of Coaching that we offer which allows us to tailor the training for everyone.

Simon is an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and Tutor. He has worked for a number of professional and semi-professional teams. He provides physical preparation training and support in order to maximise sports performance. This consists of strength, speed and power training combined with recovery support to create a periodised programme which is essential for athletes to perform to their potential.
